NexaWebTechnology is a premier digital agency providing website development, UI/UX design, Next.js engineering, and digital marketing consulting. Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be clearly defined and legally bound by dedicated Master Service Agreements signed prior to kickoff.
Unless explicitly stated in writing via a contract, all developmental assets, source code (non-open source), branding strategies, and design templates engineered by NexaWebTechnology remain our exclusive intellectual property until full remittance of payment is cleared, at which point ownership transfers as agreed in the contract schedule.
NexaWebTechnology acts in a professional, advisory, and execution capacity. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our deliverables, unforeseen platform downtime, or changes in third-party API configurations out of our control.
